Day 2 | Tel Aviv & Jaffa
Start your day with a short walking tour in picturesque alleys of the old, fortified town of Jaffa (Joppa). Experience “Jaffa Tales” where you will enjoy a multi-sensory movie about the history of Jaffa. Head South to the town of Rehovot for a guided tour of the Ayalon Institute (otherwise known as the “Bakery” a hidden Bullet Factory from the time of the War of Independence) Return to Tel Aviv to visit the Palmach Museum - the Centre offers a wonderful exhibition and tells a first class story of the history and birth of the State of Israel in the 1940’s, the Israeli Army and the War of Independence.

Day 3 | The Coastal Plain
This morning depart northwards to the port city of Haifa for a special guided tour of the magnificent Bahai Gardens from atop Mount Carmel.

Day 4 | Sea of Galilee
This morning enjoy a morning cruise sailing the Sea of Galilee in a traditional wooden boat. See an original fishing boat from the first century and hear the story of its amazing discovery. In the afternoon, we head to one of the nearby villages for a wonderful cooking workshop with women from the local Galilean town.

Day 5 | Jordan Valley
Depart the Sea of Galilee via the fertile Jordan Valley. Onto the Naharayim Experience – an extraordinary audiovisual display combining dams, sounds and colour to illustrate the operation of the old power plant. Visit Old Gesher and hear the story of the pioneers who settled at the site, held to the ground and realized their dream. Visit the Hospitaller castle of Belvoir (‘Fair View’ in French) for an amazing outlook over Northern Israel. Ascend the mountains to the holy city of Jerusalem.

Day 6 | Jerusalem - Old City
Enjoy a day exploring the old city of Jerusalem.
Start with a new tour of the City of David. Be amazed by the excavations in the Tyropoeon Valley where we will walk through a section of the Herodian Channel that is approximately 500 feet long. The tour will reach its climax as we behold the impressive foundations stones of the Western Wall at the foot of the Temple Mount.
Explore the fascinating Western Wall Tunnels – Hidden layers and underground structures are revealed underground, such as Rooms and public halls, a section of a Second Temple road, a Hasmonean water tunnel, and a pool.
Onto the adjacent Chain of Generations Center, which incorporates a museum that fuses contemporary glasswork art with thousands of years of Jewish history. Crafted by the internationally acclaimed glass artist Jeremy Langford, the exhibit uses nearly 150 tons of shining glass to tell the story of a nation. Enjoy a visit to the unique Moriah Collection showroom situated in a historic building inside the Old City - where diamond and gold jewellery are set in Jerusalem Stone.

Day 7 | Jerusalem New City
Experience a special tour of the Israeli Parliament – The Knesset. Catch some debates, take a guided tour, and explore the inner workings of the country’s seat of power. Then visit the Israel Museum and see the famous Dead Seas
Scrolls at the Shrine of the Book.
On for a private guided tour of the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial - a vast, landscaped complex with a visitors centre, a museum and a dozen memorials scattered over 45 acres of the Mount of Remembrance.
Visit the new Friends of Zion Museum –an extraordinary multi-senses experience where you meet the biblical figures, academics, businessmen and military officials who, through their faith, have forged an everlasting bond between the Jewish and Christian peoples.

Day 8 | Masada & the Dead Sea
Travel south and descend to the lowest place on earth – the Dead Sea.
Ascend by cable car to the mountain fortress of Masada, once a luxurious palace built by Herod the Great and later the last stronghold of the Jewish rebellion against the Romans. Explore the unique remains including the bathhouse, water cisterns, storerooms, hanging palaces and the Synagogue. Stop for a visit to the Ahava Dead Sea Works for a tour of the factory where these unique Dead Sea products are made.
On to a Dead Sea beach for a float in the salty water. This afternoon enjoy a unique Bedouin hospitality experience. Visit a green oasis with shaded areas created by palm leaves and biblically inspired gardens. On the site there are authentic Bedouin tents comfortably fitted with colorful rugs and mattresses.
Upon arrival enjoy a short camel ride in the desert against the setting sun. Then enjoy traditional Bedouin hospitality and coffee ceremony. For dinner experience a Bedouin hafla (feast) set out on low tables.

Day 9 | Departure
Depart to Ben Gurion Airport for your international flight home.
