Start Mitzpe Ramon
Our tour of the Spice Route begins in Mitzpe Ramon and includes stations 60 and 61 along the route – the Caravan Inns of the Ramon Crater in the Negev Highlands and Moa in the Arava Valley. The tour crosses the scenic panoramas of the Negev Desert as it descends from a height of 900 meters to sea level. We cross the Negev Highlands through to the river beds of the Nekarot and Omer rivers. It is a scenic and historical journey that includes the impressive canyons of the Nekarot River and the flint plateau of Katzera.
