Arrival
Arrival Cairo International airport with meet and assist through visa and customs procedures. Transfer to hotel

Day 2
Pyramids
Enjoy a tour in the morning to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramids of Zoser, the world's oldest major stone structure. After that transfer to Memphis, the center of rule and culture for over 3000 years and the first capital of Egypt. See the magnificent Statue of Ramses II. In the afternoon return for a fascinating tour of the great Pyramids at Giza, the 7th wonder of the world. See the magnificent Sphinx from close up. Venture inside a pyramid and have the opportunity to view the ancient burial tomb of the Pharaohs.

Day 3
Old Cairo
Guided tour of the world famous Egyptian Museum which houses the treasures of the “Boy King” – Tutankhamun; the mummy of Ramses II as well as some of the most famous ancient art pieces in the world. Enjoy the remainder of the day exploring Old Cairo and stroll through the bazaars of Khan el Khalili. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan and onto your hotel.

Day 4
Aswan
Start your tour of Aswan in the morning with a visit to the High Dam, an engineering miracle built in 1960 protecting Egypt from annual floods from the Nile. Proceed to visit the Unfinished Obelisk which shows the techniques used by the ancient Egyptians to cut obelisks. Then onto the majestic Philae Temple which was built on the honor of goddess Isis the chief deity of the island. Embark your Nile cruise ship for lunch, and enjoy a felucca ride around the Agha Khan mausoleum in the afternoon.

Day 5
Kom Ombo
Enjoy a free morning OR
(Optional tour - Board for a morning flight to Abu Simbel. Visit the temples of Nefertari and Ramses - the masterpieces of ancient Egypt reflecting the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. Fly back to Aswan for lunch)
In the afternoon sail to Kom Umbo and visit the temple of Kom Umbo which stands on high ground overlooking the River Nile. Sail onto Edfu.

Day 6
Luxor
Visit the the majestic temple of Edfu dedicated to Horus - considered by most to be the best preserved cult temple in Egypt. Sail to Luxor via the Esna lock. Enjoy lunch on board. Arrive at Luxor and visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor. See the spectacular Temple of Luxor by night.

Day 7
Valley of the Kings
Tour the West bank of the Nile River including the Valley of the Kings, the Deir el Bahari at the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Memnon Colossi. Disembark and visit the Temple of Karnak. Transfer to Luxor airport for an evening flight back to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and transfer to hotel.
